In most instances, problem solving comes naturally in our society. When a problem is found, people race to find a solution as quickly as possible. The below article provides a few solutions you probably aren’t aware of.

If you have an illness diagnosed, it’s essential to take good care of your entire body. If you don’t follow your doctor’s directions, it will be harder for your body to get better. If you are putting a lot of resources towards recovering from your illness, less energy might go to non-essentials, like hair follicles. This can potentially lead to the loss of hair.

When eaten regularly, the white variety of sesame seeds can slow thinning hair. In the morning, eat a quarter cup of sesame seeds with your breakfast. These nutritious seeds contain about 1,200 mg of calcium and magnesium combined. Both magnesium and calcium benefit the scalp with nourishment that can reduce thinning hair.

If hair loss is affecting your confidence, consider investing in a wig. Get a wig prior to all hair coming out, so that you can get a matching color. When you buy a wig before your hair falls out, you will feel prepared.

If you notice hair loss, be sure that you are eating enough protein. Some good sources of protein include fish, poultry, nuts, beans and eggs. Although there is no cure for baldness, a high protein diet can slow it down by providing the hair with keratin. With a solid supply of nutrients in your diet, that help your body produce keratin, your hair can become more resilient, stronger and slower to fall out.

The biggest issue with any given hair loss answer is that not all techniques are going to be successful for every head. However, with so much solid information about thinning hair, in general, you are guaranteed to find something that works for you in the article above. What’s most important here is that you use accurate information to your utmost advantage.

(Photo: ) To date, eribulin is the sixth most prescribed treatment in the CDF and has been used by more than 2,000 women in England since 2011. Eribulin remains the only single agent chemotherapy to significantly improve overall survival in women with advanced breast cancer after anthracycline and taxane treatment. Metastatic breast cancer is a very difficult condition to treat and only 13% of women will survive beyond five years. The National Cancer Drugs Fund (NCDF) panel decision failed to recognise the overall survival benefit of eribulin, putting a flawed and inconsistent methodological process before the overall survival benefit for people living with terminal cancer. “Today marks a very disappointing day for people living with some of the most aggressive types of cancer. We know that many cancer drugs on the CDF have become the standard of care for patients and it is very worrying that these may soon disappear. There is a tremendous amount of uncertainty for patients and doctors on the ground, with many unclear about when treatments will be removed from the CDF and also looking ahead, there is no clarity on which treatments will be funded and what criterion will be used to continue or discontinue funding,” commented Dr Vivek Misra Consultant in Clinical Oncology at The Christie, Manchester. “We know that eribulin is a clinically effective treatment that can give women with secondary breast cancer more time with their loved ones. The decision from NHS England makes little sense and flies in the face of clinical trials and the experience of cancer specialists who have previously prescribed this effective treatment and seen it help their patients,” commented Dr Chris Twelves, Professor of Clinical Cancer Pharmacology and Oncology, and Honorary Consultant in Medical Oncology at the University of Leeds and St James’s Institute of Oncology, who presented the benefits of eribulin to the NCDF panel. “The de-listing of breast cancer drugs from the Cancer Drugs Fund is a big disappointment. This decision reduces treatment options for women with metastatic breast cancer and may force oncologists to choose less effective treatments in some cases,” commented Dr Hartmut Kristeleit, Consultant Medical Oncologist.

Give a natural remedy a try, such as black strap molasses. By drinking 2 teaspoons of this a day, you will have more energy and it will also make your hair look better. Some people find ingesting the molasses difficult, so you can mix with coffee or even peanut butter for easier consumption.
